Yes. Multi-Firm includes up to 3 total firms, Business Pro includes up to 5 total firms, and Accountant includes up to 25 total firms.
Yes. GSTIN limits depend on your plan. Firm, GSTIN and branch limits are total account-level limits, not per firm.

Business Pro includes accountant access. Accountant plans include more accountant seats for multi-client work.
Existing data stays safe. If current usage is above the new plan limits, affected creation or high-cost actions can become read-only or blocked until you upgrade or add capacity.
