Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using 3ABiz, you accept these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Support Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users including account owners, managers, staff and accountants added to a tenant.
Service description
3ABiz helps Indian businesses maintain GST trade records including masters (customers, suppliers, items), sales invoices, purchase entries, credit notes, debit notes, delivery challans, payments, exports, reports, billing and support workflows. The service is a software tool and is not a licensed tax filing agent, registered accounting firm or legal service provider.
No professional advice
3ABiz is a software tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal, audit or compliance advice. Users must consult a qualified accountant, tax consultant or legal professional before filing GST returns, making statutory decisions, responding to notices or relying on reports generated by the platform for any official or legal purpose.
Calculation accuracy and verification responsibility
3ABiz is a software tool for creating and maintaining business, GST and accounting records. Tax calculations, invoice totals, GST summaries, reports, exports and other outputs are generated based on the data, settings, GST rates, item details, firm details and transaction information entered or selected by the user.
Before finalising, issuing, sharing, exporting, filing, submitting or relying on any invoice, purchase entry, return, challan, GST summary, report or calculation, the user must independently verify its accuracy and suitability.
3ABiz and 3A Innovation do not provide tax, legal, accounting, audit or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ABiz and 3A Innovation are not responsible for losses, penalties, interest, filing errors, wrong invoices, incorrect tax treatment, business decisions or statutory consequences arising from inaccurate data entry, incorrect settings, user misuse, reliance on unverified outputs, or use of reports without professional review.
Users should consult a qualified accountant, tax consultant, GST practitioner or legal professional before filing returns, issuing statutory documents or making compliance decisions.
No direct GST filing
3ABiz may prepare GST-style summaries, purchase and sales registers and export files for review. 3ABiz does not directly file GST returns on the GST portal unless a specific officially supported filing feature is explicitly enabled and communicated in the future.
No government affiliation
3ABiz is not affiliated with GSTN, the GST portal, the Government of India, any State Government or any tax authority. References to GST workflows, GSTIN numbers or HSN codes are for business record-keeping purposes only.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate business data, GSTINs, tax rates and invoice numbers
- Verifying all outputs before use for filing, audit or statutory purposes
- Reviewing reports and exports with a qualified professional
- Maintaining access to your registered email address and account credentials
- Ensuring staff, accountants and other users added to your account are authorised
- Complying with applicable GST, income tax, accounting and business laws
- Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorised persons
Account ownership and tenant access
The account owner controls tenant setup, user access, billing and all business data within the tenant. Users must access only the businesses, firms, GSTINs and branches they are explicitly authorised to use. Unauthorised access to the platform or to another tenant's data, misuse of the service or probing of production systems is strictly prohibited.
Subscription and plan limits
Plan features and limits apply according to the active subscription shown in the billing area. Firm, GSTIN and branch limits are total account-level limits and are not per-firm. Exports, document uploads, accountant access, support tickets and add-on features depend on the active plan. 3ABiz may restrict creation of new records after plan limits are reached. Downgrade may limit access to features but will not automatically delete existing records.
Payments
Paid plans may be processed through a payment gateway when online checkout is enabled. Manual billing may be used during controlled rollout. Subscription access depends on successful payment or manual approval by the platform owner. Payment instrument handling is performed by the payment gateway, not by 3ABiz directly, unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent or infringing data
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform or another tenant's data
- Bypass tenant isolation or security controls
- Scrape, probe, stress-test or attack the platform or its infrastructure
- Abuse the export, support or reporting features
- Upload malware, harmful code or malicious content
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the service in a way that harms the platform, its infrastructure or other users
Suspension and termination
3ABiz may suspend or terminate access for: non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal compliance requirements, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms or any other reason that protects the integrity and safety of the platform. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be given before suspension. Termination does not waive any accrued obligations.
Service availability
The service may be unavailable due to planned maintenance, unplanned outages, cloud provider issues, force majeure or security events. 3ABiz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or timely access. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
3ABiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, tax penalties, GST filing errors or business decisions arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law. Total liability of 3ABiz arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three calendar months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3ABiz and its officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs) arising from: inaccurate or unlawful data entered by you, unauthorised use of your account, violation of applicable laws or regulations, misuse of reports or exports generated by the platform, or breach of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of 3ABiz.
Changes to terms
3ABiz may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
