Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Plan

3ABiz may offer a free plan with limited features, usage limits and restrictions. Since no subscription fee is charged for the free plan, no refund applies to free-plan usage.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, yearly or manually approved billing basis. Access to paid features depends on the active subscription, successful payment, manual approval or any applicable platform-owner billing arrangement.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation or stop renewal through the available billing controls, or by contacting support where online subscription management is not yet available. Unless otherwise stated, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. 3ABiz may suspend or restrict access earlier in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, security risk, non-payment or violation of the Terms.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case; submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. A refund may be considered where:

  • duplicate payment was made
  • payment was charged but paid access was not activated due to a platform-side issue
  • an incorrect amount was charged due to a billing error
  • a plan was charged incorrectly because of a system or manual billing mistake
  • refund is required under applicable law

Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by applicable law or approved by 3ABiz in writing, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service has been made available. Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind after using the service
  • unused days in an active billing period
  • downgrade after usage has exceeded the lower plan limits
  • user error, incorrect data entry or business/accounting decisions made using the platform
  • inability to use features because the account has exceeded plan limits
  • suspension due to misuse, security risk or violation of the Terms

Downgrades and Plan Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately when approved. Downgrades may restrict access to high-cost or plan-limited features such as exports, document upload, support tickets, users, accountant access, firms, GSTINs, branches or transaction creation. Existing business records are not automatically deleted only because of downgrade, cancellation, expiry or past-due subscription status. However, access to create, edit, export, upload or use certain features may be limited according to the active plan.

Razorpay and Manual Billing

Online Razorpay checkout may be enabled gradually and may remain controlled by global and tenant-level feature flags. If online checkout is unavailable, manual platform-owner billing may be used for approved accounts. Where refunds are approved for online payments, they are normally processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary and can take several business days after approval.

Refund Processing Time

After a refund is approved by 3ABiz, processing time depends on the payment method, payment gateway and customer bank. Refunds may typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the provider and banking network.

  • registered account email
  • tenant/business name
  • payment reference or invoice number, if available
  • reason for the refund request
  • screenshots or supporting details, if relevant

No Automatic Data Deletion

Cancellation, downgrade, expiry or past-due subscription status does not automatically delete existing invoices, purchases, returns, delivery challans, reports, masters, backups, audit logs or support records. Data retention and deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy, Data Security Policy, applicable law, backup processes, audit requirements and operational needs.

Governing Terms

Any dispute related to billing, refunds, cancellation or use of 3ABiz will be handled according to the Terms and Conditions. Subject to applicable law, disputes are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
